Rapid Prototyping
Concept models, investor-ready prototypes and functional test parts, with rush options when you need them.
PrototypingProfessional-grade additive manufacturing built for real-world performance. From a single prototype to 500+ production parts, NexForge 3D turns your CAD into finished parts on a 22-printer print farm, with every machine and every material tested in-house.
One partner covers the whole job: concept, engineering, production and finishing. We look past the print to how your part will function, assemble and perform where it's used.
It started with one printer and a Christmas pixel light ball in November 2024. Today it's a 22-printer solution center running production contracts, product redesigns and our own product lines. Read our story →

PrototypingAny quantity, from a single part to 500+ units, with volume pricing from 10. Batch consistency is documented on every run.
ProductionCAD modeling, high-performance 3D scanning, reverse engineering and recreation of existing parts.
EngineeringProduction tooling, assembly aids and replacement parts in strong, heat-resistant engineering polymers.
ToolingStructural components, fixtures, displays and scene pieces on the Bambu Lab H2C (330 × 320 × 325 mm).
Large formatSanding, priming, painting, clear coat, heat-set inserts and assembly. Parts arrive ready to use.
FinishingBefore a machine goes into production we validate and calibrate it, and we keep monitoring it after. A machine has to earn its place in the workflow; we don't take the manufacturer's spec sheet on faith. Every printer in the fleet is a current-generation, high-performance machine, grouped here by what each one does best.
High-throughput production, consumer products and multi-color work.
1 × Bambu Lab H2C (330 × 320 × 325 mm, our largest) · 2 × X2D (256 × 256 × 260 mm) · 1 × X1C (256 mm cube), each matched to the part, material and tolerance.
Our newest machine, the Snapmaker U1 (270 × 270 × 270 mm), plus two Flashforge Creator 5. All three are four-toolhead tool-changers for multi-color and multi-material parts with minimal purge waste.
Creality Ender 5 S1 for large flat parts, quick one-offs and overflow capacity.
Two Phrozen Sonic Mega 8K (330 × 185 × 400 mm), the new Anycubic Photon P1 Max (18.3 L) and the original Anycubic Photon for large, high-detail resin parts with near-invisible layer lines.
20W enclosed laser with a CMYK inkjet module and RA3 Lite rotary for engraving, cutting and full-color printing, including on cylinders.
Multiple Phrozen wash-and-cure stations and high-end ultrasonic cleaning stations for clean, fully cured parts.
Sunlu / Inslogic IQ 10 dehumidifiers, Sunlu S4 and 3 kg SP2 dryers, heated AMS, AMS 2 and AMS HT units, and Elegoo H1 HT dryers. Filament stays dry before and during every print.
Quality is built into the process, not added at the end. Material verification, calibration tracking, dimensional checks and batch documentation are standard on every B2B job.
Example report format. Actual tolerances depend on material, geometry and process.
We vet every material for dimensional stability, layer adhesion, heat, UV and impact resistance, and long-term durability. A material joins our production portfolio only after it passes.
